Photo Policy

PHOTOGRAPHY STANDARDS

• The Church Studio is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We appreciate your help in maintaining our standards and protecting both the building's grounds and historical structure while on the property.
• Flash photography, tripod, and selfie sticks are not permitted.
• Visitors are welcome to take casual photographs via mobile phone for personal use only. Personal photographs and videos are not to be used for commercial purposes.
• Portrait photography of any kind is considered professional photography, even if income is not obtained. Portrait/Professional and Commercial photography on the premises is by appointment only and requires written permission.
• The Church Studio reserves all rights for photographic reproduction of intellectual property. That means, the right to approve final content for anything in which The Church Studio or its works will appear. This includes photography, video, and any social media for any advertising, promotion of events, or any commercial use. Fees and policies are subject to change without notice.
