The Church Studio presents IN SESSION, a recording session with Greyhounds + King Cabbage Brass Band—an exclusive and immersive listening experience in the iconic Live Room. Limited to just 50 attendees, this event offers a unique opportunity to become part of the recording and tracking process.
As an integral part of the session, each guest will be provided with individual headphones delivering a personalized mix of vocals and multi-track instrumentation. This is more than a concert—it’s a rare glimpse into the artistry of analog recording, a journey into raw and authentic soundscapes.

Please join us in welcoming legendary singer-songwriter Michael Martin Murphey. With a career spanning over 50 years, Michael has topped the Pop, Country, Western, and Bluegrass charts with iconic hits like “Wildfire,” “Carolina In The Pines,” “What’s Forever For,” and “Geronimo’s Cadillac.” A true pioneer of the “Cosmic Cowboy” movement, he helped shape the “Outlaw” Country scene in Austin, Texas. Michael’s songs have been recorded by artists such as Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton, and Johnny Cash. A recipient of multiple awards, including gold albums and a Grammy nomination, Michael continues to celebrate the spirit of the American West through his music.

The Church Studio presents IN-SESSION happening November 14th. With the overwhelming success of our inaugural IN-SESSION with Chris Combs and Friends, we are proud to offer our second in the series featuring jazz pianist and vocalist, Maria Kim. An award-winning jazz artist signed with Sony Records, Maria will be joined by Jordan VanHemert, Rodney Whitaker, and Lewis Nash. The show is co-produced by Jordan VanHemert and Northeastern State University in collaboration with the NSU Foundation. Join an exclusive, immersive listening experience limited to 50 attendees. Each guest will receive individual headphones for a personalized mix, becoming part of the recording and tracking process.
